REPORT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITALIAN LAW D.LGS. 30 June 2003, N. 196 REGARDING THE SAFEGUARDING OF PRIVACY

In accordance with to art.13 of D.L.196/2003 regarding the Code for Protection of Personal data D’elle Srl (the company), as subject entitled to handle personal data, communicates that p.d. acquired within the scope of our activity will be processed in conformity with the principles of fairness and transparency in observance to your rights of confidentiality, exclusively following the law before mentioned. In according to art.13 we provide the following information:

Processing of personal data can also be carried out with the aid of electronic instruments with procedures suitable for guaranteeing the safety and confidentiality of the information. Information attained by the site is used only for intended purpose stated at the time the information is collected. This data is not shared with other entities in the network for secondary or unrelated purposes, or shared with a third party, unless other wise disclosed at the point of collection. If there is an instance where such information may be shared, as fiscal reason or commercial credits/debts, the visitor will be asked for permission beforehand.

According to art.13 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 user can update information or require to have outdated information removed, they have the opportunity to correct any inaccuracies, or delete information. Customer can any case request, for legal and reasonable purposes, ask the company to remove such personal data.
